We have the most recent projectors that were made specifically to do film transfers. A few yrs ago we had new cameras installed in our Super 8 and Reg 8 projectors. This has resulted in even better clarity and color plus we can brighten up even better some of those really dark scenes. You will be amazed.

I watch your film footage as it is being transferred to our hard drives and will brighten up dark scenes at no extra charge. I don't start loading a reel and then walk away while the film is loading. At no extra charge, we edit out some of that footage which should be taken out because of problems when filming was done (blank spots, totally overexposed, etc). Your 8mm/16mm films are directly loaded to our computer systems, and then digitally burned onto DVD or Blu-ray to retain the quality of your films. Some transfer businesses transfer to vas and then to dvd which means a big loss in quality.

If you contact other transfer businesses, you will probably find that our rates aren't the cheapest, but, they are far from the most expensive.
There is a 10% premium for sound film, a service many transfer businesses don't offer.
